Residents are encouraged to attend our residents meetings, which are held at regular intervals throughout the year. This gives us an opportunity to hear their views and concerns about the home, staff, meals, care etc. We also invite relatives to attend these meetings and express any concerns they may have.
We believe in listening and taking measures satisfactorily. In order to improve service on an on going basis, we also carry out Quality Audits very regularly. The residents and their relatives are given Quality Audit questionnaires which they fill out and hand to the manager. This, we find, is a very useful tool in measuring how we are rated by the service users and helps making any necessary improvements.

We welcome relatives, friends and visitors at any time, encouraging them to be involved in their loved-ones care and part of the care home’s life. There is a conversation parlour available for use by the visitors and refreshments are available on request.
